Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards via Stripe or Paypal. We no longer take orders by phone or email. Card payments are made through a secure server.  2020 Coffee Company do not store any financial details on this website, nor do we share your personal details with any third party companies.

Returns

2020 coffee company under normal circumstances do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of the product. However, we are more than willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please email us via the Contact Us page within 2 days of receiving your order.
